Dr Hasan Tahsin Azizagaoglu supports the team with internal due diligence and case analyses. He oversees the due diligence process on proposed cases for funding, the negotiation of funding arrangements and the subsequent monitoring of investments. He is recognised by Lawdragon and named among the 2023 Lawdragon 100 Global Leaders in Litigation Finance.
Hasan holds a a PhD from the University of Southampton, where he also completed his LLB (Hons) and LLM.
His PhD is primarily focused Iternational Arbitration, Private International Law (the Conflict of Laws), Maritime Law and Insurance Law.
Hasan was awarded the 2020 Claes Isacson Scholarship by Gard P&I.
